There's something wrong with the specific ones you have because that is not typical. They work as advertised.

I haven't meet someone that has one and likes it.....glad to see you like our but ill never by another bb product again....even the dealers I've talked to are starting to see a lot of the same problems I'm having.....typing this from my iPad that has never let me down....
