Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."

on my 08, you just pull the light knob out. you have to turn it to the first position first however. As you turn it to off, it pops back in automatically. Don't worry, it took me a couple of days to figure it out as well.
THANK YOU..I feel stupid for not trying that..works like a charm !!!

In case you didn't spend enough on the truck already, here are some driving lights that I have been drooling over...

Took me 3 weeks to figure that out on my '02
Mine certainly needs better lights, they don't do anything.
I was pretty impressed with the lights once I figured out how to turn them on.They don't shine down the road very far BUT they should do well offroad to see right in front of the truck. Thanks, the truck is in GREAT shape and I THINK it might have a locking diff,or at least a limited slip.Every time I get on the throttle it pulls to one side. Also when it's wet and I step on it ,it go's completely sideways AND there is blue sillycone on the rear diff cover so it has been off..

This should help you determine which rear end you have...
