    Default Project510's 2003 Frontier CC

Thought it was time to post up my truck. I am planning to hit the Mojave Road next year so I want to start getting the truck ready, this thread will document that, as well as serve as a place for me to post new pics and junk.. since we all love that sorta stuff!

2003 Nissan Frontier S/C CC 4X4 long bed

    Engine:
    K&N CAI
    AMSOIL 5w30

    Suspension:
    Torsion bar crank up front
    4x4parts rear lift shackles
    4x4parts upgraded TRA's
4x4parts Bilstien Steering stabilizer with idler arm brace

    Brakes:
    HAWK LTS Pads
    ATE Dot 4 Gold fluid

    Wheels/Tires:
    SVE 16 in Factory Wheels
    265/75/16 Goodyear Wrangler Authority A/T

    Purchased 4/6/2009 with 36,639 miles

Feb 19, 2010 Birthday gift to myself was 265/75/16 Wrangler AT's and a trip to Frank Rhaines Park
You will notice I also switched from 17 in S/C Wheels to the SVE package wheels that came with the truck from Nissan when purchased. I sold the 17's

May 2010 Hollister Hills OHV Sporting a 2 inch lift due to rear lift shackles and a TBC

June 2010 Los Burros Rd. Big Sur Ca Gf's first camping trip!

    Future Plans:
    3 in Suspension Lift
Replace factory rack with something different (Xoskel possibly)
    Full skids
    Bed rails for RTT
Dual Battery set up with fridge (Fridge purchased 11/30/2010)
    On board Air

How long all the future plans will get finished is beyond me, but that is what I would like to do to the truck.

Picked up a 43 qt Edgestar fridge this past week. Deff going to make my trip to Mojave much simpler!

Gonna make a mount for it in the rear with the bench seat removed for solo trips! When the family is camping with me Ill make something to hold it in the bed with a cover for bad weather!

Changed the cap and rotor today, as well as all the belts. The belts were damaged far beyond what was visible just by looking. Very glad I changed them today!

Truck is ALMOST ready to hit the Mojave Road in February!
