Im looking for a dual exhaust system for my 1988 suburban 3/4 ton with stock TBI 350/th400 with np-208 and cannot find any exhaust except singles with a cat...so would a 1986 suburban kit work?

all im worried about it direct fit to the TBI manifolds vs Carb maifolds and going around the transfercase/transmission area???

it most likely will be cut before the rear axle with turn downs anyways. and 2.25 is enough for a stock tbi350 IMO

i was looking at this set (3rd one down for $197.00)

I must say I don't know all the ins and outs of older 'burbs. But, I have an '83 2500 and just did headers and duals. Breathes better and big gain in mpg along with the aircleaner. Mine is carb though...

I dont know about shops in your area, but any muffler shop should be able to make you an exhaust system, and do it with any muffler you want, for about the same price range.

The previous owner did this on mine I can take pics tomorrow if needed

He cut out the cat and went straight to a single input dual output flowmaster
