    Thanks for sharing the photos.

I love that one of Bolivian Immigration building and gate. Quite an interesting border crossing (and no line!)

    Cheers.

Just catching this thread- Incredible Pilgrimage.
A couple of questions about your "Mekong 2007" trip I was trying to glean info for, from your website:

1> Did you cross India to Pakistan, or vice versa. Also, where did you cross? I see pics of the golden temple in Amritsar, so I'm guessing Punjab? (vs Kashmir)
2>Did you go overland south to Chennai when on the subcontinent?
3> Where did you cross into nepal?

Thanks for sharing your extensive travels/
    Best regards

Expedition Mekong. The journey from Europe to Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, India. From Iran to Pakistan there is only one border controls (Zahedan) and from Pakistan to India too is only one border controls. Opened only 12 hours a day. Amritstar is the first big city in India .... If you would like go to the east must use container shipping company ...,. Through Myanmar is not possible to ride ..... I sent the car in the container to Singapore, then not problem drive from Singapore to the borders of Vietnam. In Vietnam you can not drive! I parked at the border, in army camp. I went to Vietnam on foot and by bus ............., back I driving to Europe the same way .....To Nepal is posible driving from north India. Visa to Nepal buy on the border control.
