Director of Marketing and PR: 3/4 to Full-time position (depending on scope and experience).

Summary:
Overland Journal and Expeditions West have grown to the point that we require a 3/4 to full-time Director of Public Relations and Marketing. This is an executive-level position and will be reporting to the President of Overland Journal (Stephanie) and the President of Expeditions West (Christian).

Attributes and expectations of a successful candidate:
- Self-directed professional
- Priorities must be focused on quality of life and experiences, not just compensation level
- Strong acumen, with the ability to communicate and relate to a broad range of individuals from around the world
- Must have no limitations on international travel and currently have a passport
- Must have a clean diving record and be proficient as a driver (yes, there will be a test). Ability as a moto and mtn. bike rider a plus.
- Must have strong proficiencies with social media and marketing
- Experience and existing relationships in the outdoor, 4wd and/or motorcycle industry a plus
- Experience with working on websites, generating and uploading web content, etc.
- Must operate at a high-level of output and focus
- Should have some international travel experience
- Must be able to relocate to Prescott, AZ
- Position will be 70% in office, 25% travel/field word and 5% flex-time

- Fluent a language (or two) more than English
