Pulmor Utility Cargo Trailer

I know that these were discussed here a while back, but I am kind of digging this trailer.

And I see that they now offer a metal cover that will support up to 750 lbs.

The fenders are bolt on, so new ones could be made to accommodate larger tires.

They even have models equipped with solar panels

Anyone have any experience with these?

True, but judging from that picture, there is almost zero deflection on that lid....

Exactly. If mounting a RRT, it would be easy to distribute the weight, unlike the guy standing in the middle.

Pulmor

Used to sell the conqueror safari trailers and i find the pulmor to be very useful off-road especially equipped with 15 inch wheels, solar or battery pack, and refrigerator freezer. Can be seen at www.fireflytrailers.com

I have one and I think there pretty cool. Mines yellow a black. I use it for all my tree stands and hunting equipment.

I'd feel comfortable beating on one of these.
I wonder if I could buy just the tub, no frame, axle, tires nor wheels - all of which I'd junk anyhow. May actually be feasible then.

Just called - yes you can buy just the tub. Right about $800 for the tub, another $190 for the lid & he said about $300 to ship it to the west coast, so $1300-ish to my door. He said the Tub weights about 80lbs to 100lbs - awesome !
