Any other Vegans?

I'm a pescatarian. Gave up on all the what goes with what in order to get a balanced vege meal. No red meat or fowl unless it's something I've never had before and then usually it's just a taste. Of course I eat way to much processed vegetarian stuff.

As in:
Loma Linda dogs
Morningstar Sausage Patties
Tofurkey Dogs
Boca burgers/chicken burgers

:D

I eat to much of that stuff, but I like it.

We bought a bunch of fake burgers and whatnots at first and used the heck out of them for about a week. Then our tastebuds evolved and we didn't crave the old foods.
Now we're eating them once in a while to clear out the freezer.

But I do really like the soy yogurt. And I guess that Smart Dogs are like Scooby Snacks to me.

We even made a pizza the other day.
We ground the wheat for the flour, made the dough (flax oil and seed added), made some scratch sauce, topped it with fresh onions, peppers, mushrooms, rice cheez and soy pepperoni.
Just need to let the dough proof longer next time; it was a little crackery.

Sounds awesome. Care to share your dough recipe?

Depends on what's in the cupboard.

You can buy pizza dough yeast in little packages now ---- faster and more aggressive. I used that, a little soy milk, some agave nectar, spelt flour, quinoa flour, whole wheat flour, pinch of sea salt, extra gluten to be able to spin it, and a small handful of ground flax with a dash of flax oil. I also sprinkled in some oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and marjoram.

Got golden and crunchy.
I don't really measure things. The wheat flour was probably about 1.5 cups though and the other flours were probably 1/3 cup or so.
