It looks like they are doing a suspended type bed like what is found on UNIMOGs. It will allow the frame to twist without distorting the bed. On MOGs they have a center pivot like that, but with torsion bars to keep it steady.

It will make sense once it's all together, the aluminum is being cut right now for the upper connection. 2 bed mounts up front, one pivot in the rear so the bed can twist independently from the frame. Keeps stress from the bed/camper. More pics tomorrow, we're cutting the boxes and bending tonight. Tomorrow will be a big day!

1st test drive for Vanasaurus today, just have a few things to finish up tomorrow and the owner is flying in Saturday to drive it home. With a short pitstop to lock the hubs in and sling some dirt 1st.

I'll post all of the build details over the weekend!

Production Off Road in VA just finished up this 04 E250 that was a Quigley conversion. It now has a little more attitude from an 8" lift on 37's with dual shocks up front! Looks great, love the color.

That color is amazing!! I am super jealous! but I do appreciate my big white billboard sides that don't show the tree branch scratches I seem to constantly obtain.....

Hey Chris. What is the expected tow capacity after your conversion and running 35 inch tires?I need to pull a solid 10,000lbs with a weight distribution hitch.I'm hoping my settlement comes through by years end.
