Time to fix another "Javier" or "Crows 4x4" van! Not sure where to start, this is a fresh build that needs a complete makeover in the drivetrain/suspension department. I'll post details as we uncover things but I've already seen enough!

At the very center of the van the total hight is ~3". All of the mounts are a different height so the rack doesn't stick up too far and the center is the highest spot so clearance is tight. Rack is made from 1x2 material. We're assembling the 2nd rack now for an install this weekend and making the floor sections tomorrow. Will have a solid floor section option as well as expanded metal.

Perfect....I am in! Should I mount my awning to it...or through the van roof?

Are you going to have one of your proto-types at the Expo? In my case, I would like to mount a rack to the penthouse roof using existing the existing Yakima tracks that are already screwed into the roof. But then I can get rid of the towers and bars. Yesssss:ylsmoke:
