I think this was posted once before but it's worth another look. I don't have Tdi (yet) but am learning a lot from this guy's short tutorials. Nicely produced videos by Youtube standards and he's updating every few days.

I use those videos regularly. Best way to learn about rover tdi's from the net in my opinion.
