D1 sill rock sliders dimensions & specs.

Just a simple question... no matter what make or style slider you have bolted to your sills, can you tell me the dimensions and thickness of the slide rail? AND are you happy with the current configuration or what changes would you make?

I have SG sliders. Unsure of thickness and exact dimensions but are you planning on trying to recreate the curve that the bottoms of the truck have?

Yes, I will be taking into account the curve of the sills. And yes, I am making a pair for myself with certain features I would like... hi-lift points, tapered ends etc.

Trying to decide between tube or box section for obstacle contact point and 3/16" or 1/4"...

IIRC,the outside of the sill is 2 3/4. A 3/5 rec tube works perfect...
