Painted and on the truck! Don't mind the jack, I was just leveling it out because my air bags are removed. The warrantied replacements shipped on Friday!
Filled her up with diesel and my filler neck works great, I was worried it might not have enough slope to it.

I went 4 wheeling over in Idaho and towed my 1 ton Tacoma with the Dodge and the camper loaded on the flatbed for the first time. Everything was great, the extra space under the camper is so useful. It was the first time we didn't have the inside of the camper overflowing with, chairs, coolers, veggie oil, grill, firewood, etc.

The Taco and the Dodge can share a 37 inch MTR for a spare so I just tossed one in the back of the Tacoma for that trip, but we have a trip to WY coming up next week and I am not dragging a trailer so a swing out is in the works. It hangs a little bit further off the back than I originally planned, but I think it will be fine. These are just mock up pics, there is a lot more gusseting/welding already done.

It's looking great Blake. I am trying to figure out where to carry a 35" spare on my F350 when the camper is on. The camper is a 10' so it hangs 2' past the box and hitch. It's going to provide a challenge... Got any ideas?

Thanks. When I built my front bumper I incorporated a 2" receiver hitch into it. I though about just building a mount that slid into it that could carry a spare, but decided I'd rather have the tire on the rear. Maybe you could whip up something like that?

That's a good idea... It would add another 12-14"s in the front, but would only be there on longer trips.

Headed off to Wyoming to see friends and family for about 10 days. Built a swingout tire carrier and I am hesitant to say it, but this truck's about done. There will always be maintenance and she mights get a real rear locker some day, but I am pretty happy with my 338 HP, 797 Ft lbs tq, leaf sprung kingpin 60, 4.10 geared, limited slipped rear, flat bedded, 12k winched, bumpered, exhaust braked, 37 inch tired, veggie burning pig!

    I don't believe you.

But, I do love your truck. Simple, tough, used, functional, and burning the veg.

How's the truck holding up? I have always wondered how the Dodge that surrounds that Cummins motor actually holds up.
