Not sure if this helps but I picked up a pair of mummy sacks that zip together to form one bag. If you look on amazon there are quite a few choices if you search for ( pair sleeping bags ).

I use a sun shower, filled with hot water and stand in a plastic tote. Cheap setup. I take showers outside (naked) with temps in the 40s. I do have walls for a shower stall that fit into the tote, but I never use them. Not selling; just trying to pass along info on what works for me...

How cheap is cheap? The wife requested a couple years ago to have a portable shower, and we picked up the Coleman unit, on sale for half price at around $150 (CDN) I think it was. It works quite well, a little on the bulky side though.
Costco had a layered 2 person sleeping bag awhile back as well.

    Why not build one?
I use a reliance water container, a barb fitting to fit the outlet and the hose, a length of hose, and a sun shower head for mine.
I fill the jug with water, pour a couple coffee potfuls of scalding water into it, put it on the roof of the truck/camper, and wash away. It works like a charm.

Did you look on amazon. For around $100 you can buy a pair of mummys that zip together.
