Yes, Bart, Kip and Tim are standup guys. They're common bond is Flyfishing, Rovers and Beer.
They always have some great trucks. I stop by there once a month when Im in town for my Army Reserve duty. Theyve got a killer LR3 winch bumper design.
Deal with confidence.
what he said.
they are great guys to spend some time with. i used to stop by every few months and hang out there for a fews hours. they'll talk trucks or flyfishing or whatever else you want while they hang around running their business and will let you test drive whatever you want. however, i think a lot of their trucks are overpriced. just remember, they ARE cars salesmen and are trying to make money. also some of their defenders are of questionable origins and model year... buyer be warned.
not scared of a gray market Defender are you?![]()
They are a great group of guys, and they are getting ready to ship the second truck that I have purchased from them in the last few years! Both experiences have gone well, and they have been fantastic to work with.
For a engineering major, your quick "Michaels"..Yup, we sell trucks, hence the website, fence, gravel, building, utilities, beer storage, and beer. However, I am personally not aware of attempting to sell you.. Anything... I do account conversations with you, that I now, I discount as squat. The RMR tire cover that I gave to you, gratis, which ended as give away-on a forum.
Your continual onging rants to seemingly out us "car salesman" only reinforces that we feel alright with what we do..We sell trucks.
By my account, the only "sales" transaction with you has been your "ghost" rock sliders, that YOU, were going to build and sell..Oh, and the the bomb, County Classic that you drove up and unloaded on us..Yeah, I was the one that shuttled you home.
I do look forward to continue this conversation with you, in person, at our new lot..Check the for website for the new address. Regards.....Bart-The guy who drinks beer, sells trucks, and casts a long rod.
yes bart, i'm just out to "get" you continually. if by continually you mean one time before over two years ago when i said i thought your trek truck was overpriced. i simply think that some defenders your sell aren't the year you declare them to be, a thought based upon many personal conversations with you on your lot...when you told me that you were selling a couple 90s defenders titled as trucks from the 70s and 80s. i'm sorry, but that's just not something i agree with.
obviously, i'm not entitled to have my own opinion without being immaturely bashed on a personal level from a business, so i'm sorry, but i do not plan on stopping by your new lot anytime soon.
That $70K 84 defender is very suspicious.
I guess being a stand up guy includes VIN swaps.
Prove me wrong.
