John, that rack is the prototype rack from Rocky Ridge Products as my LJ was the test and fit mule. David (aka RockyRidge) is a member here on the Portal though I don't know if he's still selling racks. The hoops are oval stainless steel tubing and the mounts and rails are aluminum. With the oval tubes it's very quiet and the aluminum keeps the weight down...plus there is no rust. It breaks down and installs easily and has been a good system.
