    FOR SALE: 1996 Land Rover Discovery SD

    Location: Miami, Florida USA

    Mileage: 75,000 mi

    Description: 4wd with Center Diff Lock, ARB Front Bumper (no winch), Old Man Emu Springs +2", Bilstein Shocks, 245/75 R16 tires, Land Rover offroad lights, Cobra CB Radio, Garmin GPS Mount, Genuine Rear load liner, Genuine rubber mats all around, power options (mirrors, windows, rear window defrost), automatic transmission, Optima Red Top Battery, Cruise control, tan leather interior, Genuine 6 Disc CD Changer. Very good shape inside and out, full service record (mostly at Land Rover Dealers).

    Price: $6,500 OBO

    Known Problems: ABS Light comes on every once in a while, seems like a faulty connection at one of the sensors.

    What a great truck. The ride home was smoooooth. The suspension mods make the truck "ride-on-rails" on the interstate. Crossing Alligator Alley, I ran her up to 80mph for about 20 miles - great ride, coolant temperature didn't change.

    Took her back on our 22 acres in Olga and gave her some high-speed 4WD diff. lock - locked, donut spinning, tests. Very stable. I think I will order my Warn winch first and then the Safety Device roof rack I told you about...

    Only one disappointment. Got to put an amplifier on the stereo.
