Yeah, like the Jeep, these things can be time and money pits depending on how much you want to customize. Even more if you have to hire a welder. My m416a1 was $1100 in decent shape, new axle and wheels/ tires to match were another $1000, another $1000 for lid and lifts, and another $1000 for all the other things (Max coupler, lights/electrical, tanks, paint, hardware, registration, etc...). I haven't added a RTT yet, but that's another grand or two. Still less than an AT product, but there are other manufacturers out there who can get you a finished product for about $3500, which is worth considering if you don't have the time to spend building one.
