Sometimes it's the simple things- good wiper blades.

Who'da thought I could get so much satisfaction out of such a simple thing? I bought a set of Michelin brand wiper blades at Walmart and was pleasantly surprised at how well they perform on my Disco. I went back and got another set for my wife's car and those perform equally well. I can't bring myself to pay for the high end brands and I know there are other like-minded members here so I just wanted to share.

I bought a pair of silicone one...don't remember the brand. I've been really impressed with them. they don't dry up and crack like the rubber ones. The were a bit more. but not extreme.

Couldn't agree more. I finally bought good quality wipers after the bulk bin specials I put on last fall had me pulling over every 20 miles to scrape off the ice build up during a blizzard this winter, haven't had an issue since. Sometimes its the small things that can make your day...
