Free computer design programmes?

Jus got a sankey trailer that i wish to convert after seeing your fantastic trailers on this forum. Is there any free design softwear available.

You should be able to get student versions of most CAD software. Pro/Engineer and Autodesk Inventor I know are both available. Inventor is far more intuitive than Pro/E, so I'd recommend it. You usually need a student email address (.edu), but there are usually ways around that (or just ask someone who has access to a student email address).
