Hydroflame heater intake and exhaust. This is a 5" adjustable duct with a 3" flex duct inside it. Fit like a glove and game out really solid. It felt strange working on a heater when it was 92 degrees outside. It will all pay off when I am hitting the powder.

Any updates? Hows the interior fitting out going? Are the E-panels looking/functioning well? Do you think they could be a good roof material?

Thanks

It looks like you got rid of the goodyear military spec tires? Did you like them? what did you get to replace them with? The truck and camper look very nice BTW.

Goodyear Military Tires are junk and so are recentered hummer wheels. They are absolutely impossible to balance if you run the abs plastic style beadlock. I made a huge mistake going with the military setup. I replaced the goodyears with a set of 17" alloys and Nitto TerraGrapplers 325/70-17. Now we are rolling smooth.

Interior pictures should be posted soon. Sorry for the delay. Had a long summer of wildland firefighting and now I am just getting back to my projects.

Thanks for the compliments!

Overland Expo Pics!

We drove out to Flagstaff Friday in a horrible head wind. The EGTs on my truck held steady at 1050*-1200* the entire trip, which is extremely hot for my truck. The truck did great though and we really enjoyed the camper. We can not wait to have the interior completed.

Here are some pics

Here is an awesome hard sided pop up built by Chris of Backcountryfabrication.com. This rig was a beauty and has already proven itself with a trip to Alaska.

I think I need a bigger truck!
Just read through this now. Photobucket killed my trailer build thread as well. I am building a custom pop up from scratch, builds or re-builds like this are inspiring! Nice work... please update with interior pics!!!
