Default Buggies and Bajas at the VW Classic

Saw some ridiculously cool buggies and bajas in Irvine yesterday and had to share.
The show reminded me of the late 90's when I used to show my baja....but these days it gets used like it should. Besides, it's way too dirty and scratched now to show!

I'd love a Manx-style buggy someday. Cool photos!

+1. I think all the fenders can do is keep rain off of the shocks...

It's a stock steel body, front and rear cut off, with fiberglass front end and fiberglass rear fenders added. TONS of time (and $$) goes into a car like this. A great place to read about VW's is -
