Judging by this comment:

Just a quick review of the images suggests that they may not registered with the NHTSA as a trailer manufacturer as evidenced by the CA Highway Patrol VIN which is issued for home built units. In their pictures there is an absence of NHTSA/DOT required reflectors and tire data that would be present on the standard NHTSA VIN label. Buyer beware.
