    Just Empty Every Pocket.

I think I've dropped over a thousand bucks in the last 12 months just to keep my jeep drivable.
Lets leave all our crap where it is and go live in the woods.

    Not bad.

Think about it this way: $83.00 per month doesn't provide financing for much of a car. A moped maybe, but nothing as useful or cool as your Jeep

Its just annoying driving my jeep because my pickup is broken down, then the jeep breaks down so I fix the pickup, then I fix the jeep and start driving it again and hit a deer two weeks later and have to drive my pickup until it breaks down and I wire and duct tape my jeep together enough to get me to work and so on and so forth. Its a never ending cycle.

Took it over to a local lake last weekend.

From that angle it looks like I should probably put some spacers in the front to get it a little more level.

I was tired of the oxidized, faded look of my trim, so I cleaned it all up.

Here it is in progress you can see the difference

And here is some of the other trim around the Jeep.

If you compare it to an older picture and this one you can see that it makes quite a difference.

    Here is the before

    And then the after

I didn't have any cleaning supplies in y garage so I just used an old hot rodder's trick, I used Power Steering Fluid. I think it turned out pretty good, all things considered. And I think it will look OK until I can get the rust patched and some bed liner on the trim and lower part of the truck.

OK, this is a stop gap though, the plan is to have bedliner on the trim and all metal below the trim. :-)

yea i did the peanut butter deal and it lasted not even a day lol, the back to black really didnt even work, the heat gun lasted half a week. post pix of the duplicolor! i wanna use either that or rustoleum, ive used the rustoleum and i really liked the texture, i only wish i had a little sample patch of duplicolor handy so i can feel it lol, i know that makes me sound like a creeper but i want to touch it.
