Safari snorkel template

I just picked up a used safari snorkel, and of course now I am trying to find a template. Any one know where i can find one?

What Land Rover do you have? You might be able to email safari snorkel and get a PDF of a template.

....thanks goose. I have done a bunch of searching and on the forums at least everyone says safari isn't particularly helpful.

Have you tried discoweb.org? There is a tech section (on top of page) and scroll down to safari snorkel install (for a D2), directions for the install there. You may be able to get in touch with the person on the bottom of the page for a template. Good luck!

Check with a shop that does the installs, they should have some templates kicking around.

Call ARB Tech Dept. They should be able to help you out.

X2 on contacting ARB Tech. I emailed them this morning with a template request (provide Snorkel Model #) and received a printable PDF doc (4 pages) within a few hours. Be sure to print the PDF with "No Scaling" so there is no resizing of the template. I measured the 6 inch gauge line drawn on the template pages and found it within 1/32" for each page so I will need to do minimal adjusting, but should be very manageable.
