Turning this into base camp/expo trailer

My grandfather bought this trailer from a buddy of his in the late 50's. I believe it is a David Bradley trailer that was sold by Sears and Roebuck back in the day. It still has the original 16" implement wheels and a set of 15" wheels. The 15's are on it now and the 16" as spares( one mounted on front and one underneath it. Pop modified it back in the 60's to fit the old truck camper shell. It will fit a full size mattress in it now.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1309484761.005560.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1309484777.754427.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1309484798.937817.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1309484815.919295.jpg

Pop also put the rack on it and has it set up for a homemade awning he used for a cook tent while hunting. He used threaded pipe and canvas for that here's the picks of where they attach

I think it has some potential, but needs some work. I'm wanting to add a water tank and fuel tank underneath, extend the front to put my 4 wheeler on it ( for base camp at when I go hunting). Later I want to add a RTT so the kids can go too.

Sorry for the pics had to use the phone to take them.

Lucky you...The only "vehicle" my grandfather ever had was his donkey...
The best all terrain transportation you can get...lol...

It's got a 6x4 bed and not a clue on the weight. I know it's light for a trailer. I can pull this thing with the tires flat by hand. the track is the same as my TJ. It's a great trailer, just needs a little work. As soon as I can get it to my house I'll do a build thread
