I think I need a bigger truck!
I live and ride on the coast of BC in Canada. I spend most of my time on the bike on Vancouver Island...much the same as the trails in Washington State and on the mainland.

Tight twisty trails, lots of technical rock and short bursty climbs followed by roll dows, step ups, good times!!

Some pretty spectacular views too. That is the Olympics in the background just behind Port Angeles WA.

Not a pretty scenery shot but here are some pics of my favorite bike. Despite the fact that I put it away with the fork skewer on the wrong side, the only thing I enjoy more than looking at it is riding it! :bike_rider: If I was in better shape it would be my only bike but I'm presently not enough of a man to tackle all of my favorite rides on a single speed! I removed the belt drive in favor of a good 'ole chain for more gear ratios in the hopes of riding it more often this season. I'll post back with some action shots when the snow clears.

Nice to see a Raleigh!!
It doesn't always have to be a big money bike to have fun. I've had a Mojave 8.0 for a few years now and have beat the piss out of it. I'm a big guy and its held up perfect!
Here's a vid of some local trails.
It's at the end of the day and I'm pretty gassed. So turn doin the volume if u don't want to hear me huffin. Also I drop the Fbomb once.

Yeah that 460 was my first new bike I ever owned. I chewed up trails in Mexico, Texas, and Arizona with it. I dragged a trailer through goat trails of the Chiuauan desert and it was a champ!

A week before XC races started a kid planted his car into the rear of mine....car was okay....the Raleigh looked like a taco shell. The kid wasnt even supposed to be driving his mom's car when he hit me.... I got hooked up pretty good from the mom to keep quite and not call the house (so dad wouldnt know I guess)....which bought me the Stump Jumper.....

Looking back, it was the coolness of the moment, not getting angry, not making the kid feel bad that probably made the difference....karma prevailed....
