My luminox is great. I wear it nearly every day. I actually prefer it when driving long distances because I can read it at night without a problem.

I would not hesitate purchasing another.
    Cheers!

Never seen one, but the look nice and well optioned. This one caught my eye...

I posted my Luminox earlier in this thread, and if I had to replace it for any reason, I would get the exact same one again, I like it that much.

    back to the watch talk.
Yeah its kinda like that but not so much about being pulled as getting out and working with your dogs. You still end up doing a lot of skating, especially uphill.

I sold off some of my watches, as I had acquired a few too many. I left myself with three. I have a dressier Seiko chronograph, and a cheap Fossil that I received as a gift from my father (so it has sentimental value) that dressed up well with a nice leather strap.

But for everyday wear, and activities, I like this:

I wear a Timex Expedition Shock watch every day, something like this:

When I am out camping or on the trails I wear my Luminox with NATO strap:

The luminox is the best watch I have ever owned.

I have the TRASER Commander titanium

    Their site

I have wheeled, wrench, drop it on concrete, yard work, dirt.. I have owned it almost 1 year.
It is one great watch... I expect it last a hell of a long time.
The best thing about it is that I do not need to search for any button to read it in the dark.

Seems like I have a response similar to others. I have had the Luminox for 7 or 8 years and have beat it up pretty well. There are scratches on the glass and the numbers on the bezel are pretty much gone but it is still working. I have been thru about 5 batteries. Leather, cloth, and plastic bands don't hold up as well as good metal watch bands. This watch has the best indicators in the dark, good for taking pulse and respiration's in low light.

X2 - cost about $70 and is tough. If you smash it up, just toss it and get another.

I also have a bunch of diving watches that my wife keeps giving me - a Tag Huer and a couple Omega Sea Masters. The high priced watches are very good, I wear them when I have meetings, etc. ...but the bracelets are crap. Leather or rubber band is better.
