You can download a bunch of NEF's here.

Now I know you can use full manual as well as A,S,and P modes, but after looking at the cameras dials and buttons, I can't for the life of me figure out how this is going to be done easily without diving into the menus, and those prices are too high if you ask me. On the plus side, the hybrid autofocus looks great.

Overall though I'm somewhat disappointed. I wish Nikon would have made this...

Hmmm, has anyone seen the 36MP fullframe, antialiasing filter free, 100% viewfinder, large LCD monster on the loose?

When you do, let me know...I've been saving my pennies (lots of them) and waiting impatiently.

I don't know, if you look at all the pictures there are features on this camera that haven't been seen or found on any other Nikon camera, and the curves and knobs don't match any other Nikon camera either. So someone either went to extraordinary lengths to create a very convincing detailed illustration, or it's real. I guess only time will tell.

    Default Nikon D4

Wow, certainly a goober worthy update.

    Dpreviews take on the D4.

More interesting to most people however is this. Sub $500 85mm 1.8 AF-S

...and look what else the D4 can do,...slick!

The D4 even gave Joe McNally a little b*ner, LOL.

The low light performance on the new D4 will likely be spectacular. However, I am surprised the MP aren't higher. Not saying it's needed, just surprised Nikon didn't boost it higher to play the marketing game a bit more.

However, I'm still staying with my trusty D300.
