I thought a post on Kitchen/Galley layouts would be nice.....and could be a nice sticky if a mod sees fit. :victory:

Here it is.

We had the sink taken out; it didn't work right and made a mess. Also took up more space than it was worth.

Here is my Galley:

Wide shot: The entire side of this trailer is the galley- The large swing open door on the side is the pantry and there are canvas doors on the inside, so you can access stuff in the pantry from both outside and inside the trailer.

The slide out has the sink, drip dry, stove, drawers and fridge all in the same unit:

Lots of good storage in the two drawers under the cook top:

And:

Sink:

And the main cabin door also has lots of storage and fold down work surface. There is an 8 foot table that can go outside, as well as the main eating table has cleats outside so you can use a 4 foot table attached between the main cabin door and the pantry.

I added the bottle opener (a must have!)

I'm in Tucson as well. Did you purchase your trailer locally, or did you have it shipped from overseas?
Matt

I purchased it here in the States second hand. Some folks upgraded to one of the Global Expedition Vehicles and they took it in on trade.
It is quite the trailer. Conqueror also makes a size smaller in the Companion as well- looks the same but rear entrance-so no side doors.

Sorry guys.........just bought one of these little trailers
after the wife prefered the kitchen over our normal partner stove.

:)

Actually the land where I planned to build a cabin is unstable and won't be built on for a few years so this will be used as a static home..........still awsome though !

Thankfully someone posted up something more realistic (even if it is still very nice!). I don't feel as bad putting up pics of my mediocre set-up.
