Yep, it would be something for someone that can do their own body work and doesn't mind taking on a panel at a time kind of thing. I don't think there is a panel on that truck that doesn't have visible rust.

I was thinking it would be a perfect place to start for a re-engined bush truck or similar.

Talk him down to $2500. Part the entire thing out and put all your money into one that doesn't have Stage 4 Cancer.
