On a sidenote, a guy at work bought a GoPro HD 2 like mine about a week before I got mine.
He uses his on his Harley a lot, and he went to Hawaii a week back.
He took it under water, and you guessed it, he forgot to put the cover on the back of it with no holes for underwater.
He had on the rear cover with the holes in it for better sound when on his bike,

Yep, $300 down the drain.

Here's a Youtube video created by Todd Sheridan, using a radio-controlled plane and a GoPro Hero 2 camera. Todd wrote the score as well.

Awesome. I wonder how much footage had to be taken to get those outstanding shots. Some documentaries have a ratio of 60:1. That is 60 minutes of shooting for one minute of awesome video.

Shooting toward the sun is a problem with digital devices. I would like to see more Go Pro video with the sun in front of the camera to see how well it performs in that condition.

I guess the only way to find out is to purchase a camera and do the shots.

Here's one I threw together on a recent mtn bike ride. This is a totally new medium for me and I'm still learning my way around it. Pretty impressed with the quality of the footage from the H2 but it definitely falls apart going straight into the sun. Changing light conditions are a challenge as well.
