Yep thats the one.

Looks better in the pics.....was far from perfect, but the price was fair.

Cosmetically it needs some TLC inside & out, but I think its pretty solid mechanically. I ran the service history report before I bid on it, 1 owner, and clean carfax(fwtw). Timing belt & water pump done at 94k, and regular services done at the same dealership every 4500-5500 miles over the life of the vehicle.

* Is 87 octane ok to run?
* Does anyone have a oem top rack take off they want to sell some parts off of? As you can see, the end caps, and one of the cross braces are missing.

I wouldn't run 87.

Congrats on the 100. I wanted an 03+ for the 5spd and a few other things but settled on a 2000.

Cheers

I run 87 in our 4.7 around town sea level. Going through the mountains I run premium it runs nicer and better power. The stainless exhaust cracking is something pilots are familiar with. Taking it easy on the engine till its warmed up generally helps avoid the cracking of the stainless exhaust. Not hard to replace your self, helped a neighbor replace his he bought it knowing the manafold needed to be replaced. The part was pricy the effort wasn't too bad.

Enjoy. Good friend picked up a L3 yrs ago at auction via a L3 specialist, he replaced a major wiring harness and did one other thing its been pretty good but tiny compared to the J80 I had and near midget sized compared to the 100. I like the size of the 100 better. Good choice!! I have a 07 Sequoia now, needed more space. Its no LC but its been pretty good considering its size.
