RXINHED may have one. He's on here occassionally and on 4x4wire's mitsu tech forums more frequently. If he doesn't have one then I'd try car-part.com or msrecycling.com.

Not a restore. Just replacing things to keep nice. in Hawaii these darn switches seem to struggle. Mine has stopped working....
And, they are the coolest trucks. Sucks that they are not supported anymore...
