Selk Bag Sleeping Bag?

I don't know if this has been mentioned...

I'm no sleeping bag expert, in fact I'm researching for my next, but I recently asked a rep from a company that makes them (can't remember the brand) what the temperature ratings meant. He said, for example, that if their bag is rated at 35 degrees, you can survive a 35 degree night in one but you will NOT be comfortable.
