Whats in your chuck box? Packing list

Started to collect new gear for our chuck box, I was wondering if someone has a list of what they carry in their chuck box. What they can't go without. Lets show off what we carry in our chuck boxes!!

Here is what we have started to collect along with a Camp Chef Denali stove, OXO egg beater, Nordic bakeware cake pan and pie tin, oh yea spoiled myself with a new Wusthof 6" chef knife. :chef:

After cooking for an outfitter in the Flat Top Wilderness I relized I needed a few more toys, A timer!! Here is a picture of the pumpkin pie and Cinnamon rolls that where baked in the coleman stove.

Here was my cook tent in a foot of snow before it dumped another couple of feet on us before we packed out.

Timer
Scissors
Tongs
One Paul Revere stainless steel pot for warming water (soup, coffee, ect)

I am sure I am forgetting something, but it is pretty well equipped.
As you can see, I buy a lot from Amazon since I get free two day shipping on lots of items.
