There is no tranny dipstick, the "fill level hole" is underneath and must be filled with a pump or I use a funnel and tube, and then you just have to guess when it's full or overfill it.

Yep it's a PITA, that's why I always had Jiffy Lube check it for me, back when I had an auto Trooper.

My Jiffy Lube didn't know how to properly check it.

More likely they didn't want to do it, because it's a PITA (although it is a lot easier when you can just stand underneath). If they make a little effort to look it up on their computer, it explains how to do it. I have stood there and watched them.

My Jiffy Lube said they did not have the equipment to do it properly citing some BS that I called em on but they still wouldn't, then they referred me to another shop, who referred me to another...four shops later still no tranny fluid swap...damn, gotta do it myself w/o proper tools and laying on my back on cardboard soaked in fluid, sounds like a Friday night

Independant4x stainless flex hoses, Custom rear tow bumper, HD tie rods
Powerstop drilled rotors and Semi-Metallic brake pads, Front 2nd gen Big Brake upgrade. All hardlines hand bent SS.
Delta 260 cam(soon to be 270), Calmini header, custom SS exhaust with Rodshop SS muffler and resonator.
All vent lines extended to top of firewall. F+R axles, Trans, transfer.
32x11.50x15 BFG AT KO's on 15x8 Crager soft 8 wheels.
'00 2nd gen front seats, Vinyl flooring, Cobra CB, Clarion head unit with Polk MOMO speakers.
All factory rubber parts and any other wear parts replaced with OEM if not upgraded.
Calmini front tube bumper.
And a zillion more things I can't think of right now.
















And here is my latest Zoo project. '88 Isuzu Spacecab LS pickup. Plans for now are spruce up, new head, and to be my daily driver. Long term who knows? Maybe a FWC Eagle!
