single 120V outlet source

I'm trying to find a single female 120v power socket. Basically I want to put an inverter in my monty and found the perfect spot for an outlet so I would like to remote mount an inverter and wire it to an outlet in this spot. It would be excellent if I could find one with little mounting tabs and a rubber flip cover or something. Ideas? Does this make sense haha?

If you find a source, post it up. I searched the marine websites looking for the same thing with a flip up cover a year or so back. That or the 120V outlets found on the weatherdecks of Navy ships with a screw on gasketed cap and lanyard. Perhaps it can be sourced through a boat builder.

I just ordered 3 of these. At the price, it's tough to beat. I wanted a snap in unit for a dash mount install in my Jeep. I got a couple of extras for other locations. I'll post up when I get them.

Hallelujah! That's what I've been looking for. A single 120V outlet, black, screw mounting, not obnoxiously large, and a cover. I knew they existed.
$7.00? Cheap at twice the price!
