I've passed by this place a few times on drives in the mountains, its off 285 sixty miles southwest of Denver.
Wilderness On Wheels Foundation was established as a not-for-profit corporation in March of 1986. Its mission: Stimulate the development of access for disabled persons to natural outdoor environments.
Not offroading but still out in nature.
