Default 96-02 4Runner Shrockworks Front Bumper

    Hello everyone!

I am selling my Shrockworks front winch bumper. It is black powder coated steel, full headlight guards, PIAA Ion crystal fog lights and turn signals.

    http://www.shrockworks.com/Toyota-4R...-pr-16217.html

Those of you who know Shrockworks, you know how LONG it takes to get one of these bad boys. Brand new this bumper is $1,300 plus shipping. I want to get rid of it for $1,000 but I need your stock bumper. And you have to come get it (southern CA). I will help swap to your vehicle.

This was for the SR5 model, NOT the limited.

The winch is optional. It is a brand new WARN 9.5XP, never winched anything with it.

The price on the winch without shipping is $1,200. I will let the bumper and winch go together for $2000 even. Also, there is a Kodiak Industries winch management system that is optional if the buyer wants it ($400 value).

Whats the difference between sr5 and limited and how this affects the bumper?

I'm not completely sure, though I assume it is because the limited fenders stick out a bit farther. They have those plastic doo-dads that are a little fatter than the SR5 ones. Shrockworks can confirm though.

I'm having trouble confirming, but it seem like it would fit a first gen Tacoma too. What have you heard?

Nevermind... Looks like it can be done with some light fab work, but I would need the wider version.

I talked with Jim at Shrockworks. He said it is interchangeable with the 98-2000 Tacoma. It will also work with other years, you just have to get some brackets from Shrock.

Just to confirm... This is the narrower bumper, correct?

I'm not sure. I ordered it for a 2000 SR5 4runner. The only reason I mentioned the SR5 versus limited is because there was a drop-down choice when ordering it. I assume that means there is some difference between the two.

The Shrockworks site says that the limited version is 2" wider on each side because of the extra flare. Cosmetic, not structural. The frame width and everyting else is still the same.

I have to take a tape measure to the truck when I get home and see if I'd be happy with my flares being wider than the bumper.

Just get it Mark... if it doesn't work, we can always put it on my 4runner, and get you something else.
