Ok, so not really an expedition focused initiative but a good charity to support especially if custom bikes and/or giving something back to veterans are your thing.

Project Warhorse is a fundraising initiative, created by a currently serving Canadian Infantry soldier to help Canadian veterans who have lost their limbs, their hearts and minds while serving their country abroad, as well as for the families of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.

Master Corporal Harlan Gamblin has teamed up with legendary bike builder
Mike Brown (owner, Amen Motorcycles) to build custom choppers and motorcycles for ticket draws.

The proceeds raised from these draws will go to military support charities and organizations that are dedicated to helping heal those who have lost so much.

Buy a ticket for a chance to win this chopper on June 1, 2012.

Support the troops. For not much more than a case of beer.
    cheers

I am a wounded vet (US Army-Afghanistan) and I have been happy to see so much support for us. This is the first Non US military charity I have seen, cool!
