Default Integrate a HAM or CB into a computer?

In my quest for as close to an 'All-In-One' unit that I can find, I am wondering if anyone makes an interface to a computer for HAM or CB radio equipment.
I'd have a handheld backup, don't want to put all my eggs in one basket, but the convenience, and 'cool factor', would be right up there for me

    No*

    Ham (To name a few)
    Flex Radio
    FunCube
    Echolink (requires Internet connection)
    Winradio
    HPSDR/Winrad

    Perseus SDR
Ham Radio Deluxe, if you include the options for serial CI-V and CAT interfaces HRD turns a modern ham radio into a black box RF deck

*It's possible to receive CB via the software defined radios, although there are no options for transmitting CB.
