I know this thread exists on one of our other favorite sites, but the 80 series that are generally on this site are more in tune to the overland/expedition flavor that we all love. Like most, I never get tired of looking at pics of 80 series, so why not have them all in one thread. Your pictures and post will help to inspire others and act as a quick reference to your build. As a minimum guideline for our posts, let's include:

I've owned my LC since August of 2010. First time LC owner.

~151,000 at date of purchase and 185,xxx present mileage

My favorite mods are the ARB Winch Bumper, Safari Snorkel, and IBS DBS w/RBM.

Daily Driver and Family adventure

Owned since September 2007. The is my first Land Cruiser

4. Mileage at date of purchase and present mileage:
135450 miles at date of purchase and the present mileage is 257350

5. Your favorite mods... If any:
I kept my 80 fairly stock(mild lift coming soon), but my favorite mods would have to be my Hanna Cargo Carrier, Modded OEM fan clutch, and Landtank MAF housing (there are so many good ones)

6. How your 80 is used... ie. DD, family adventure, overland travel, etc.:
My 80 is used primarily as a daily driver, road tripping and family adventurer

220,000 at purchase. about 235,000 now

Twin fuel tanks, both oversized. About 60 gallons total.

Expedition truck. It just spent a year in Central America

Mods: 4" misc & homemade parts lift 315 KM2's 2.5 yr old in the back seat.
Used for Moab exploring, trail running, and cruising around.

4. Mileage at date of purchase and present mileage:Gee - new, maybe 5 miles; 217,500 at present
5. Your favorite mods... If any:Inti roof rack w/lights, ARB fridge is the bomb!
6. How your 80 is used... ie. DD, family adventure, overland travel, etc.: It's been a family hauler and DD in her day, boy scout hauler for 10 years, now just a weekend warrior and adventure truck.

I picked this one up about 7 years ago. This is my 3rd 80 Series

80k when purchased, now at 150k

5 Speed Conversion with optional engine package

6. How your 80 is used... ie. DD, family adventure, overland travel, etc.:

Used exclusively for trips and overland travel.

2. Name of owner/screen name: Bill Beers
3. How long have you owned your 80 series? Is this your first? First Landcruiser. Got it summer of '07.
4. Mileage at date of purchase and present mileage: 144K - 198K, (driving it a lot less now that we have a minivan to haul the family!)
5. Your favorite mods... If any: Removed 1/2 of the rear seat, and mounted it on casters for a garage chair.
6. How your 80 is used... ie. DD, family adventure, overland travel, etc.: Family adventure, and 2nd car when the wife and I can't carpool.
