Hi i just recently found this great site while looking for inspiration for out new utility trailer yea yea i know this for for the back woods folks LOL we are a mini van family that recently had to add a trailer to our growing family for camping after adopting to beautiful adult labs for our kids
the Build as planned so far
harborfreight 4x8 utility did i say i got it for free with tittle
changing the 8" wheel base to a 17" to match our van's wheel profile
then boxing the frame in so we have 32" tall box for storage
this will have a few sets of reach in's for up front storage
also will have some sort of bike racking system on top for 3 mountain bike and my recumbent
here is a the base layout so far before we start building we are still a good month out waiting on some dryer weather to do the welding
anyone got any killer ideas for side door i am looking to add storage above the fenders then adding propane tank holders and water tanks holders just behind the fenders still working on that idea still looking for ideas there
