WTS Yakima SpareTime 2-Bike Carrier
My coworker has this bike carrier for sale and is designed for vehicles like ours with spare tire carriers on the rear gate. It's for sale at $80 (normally goes for $189). However, make sure that your wheel center cover can be removed to allow the bar to go through the wheel.
