I need a garage too! Too hot now, to work on anything metal.

How did the move go? what is the next item for the trailer build?

    Kids like the new house?

    Mark,
I know what you mean, The turtle is sitting in front of the house and you dont want
to touch it withought gloves. We have not closed yet, still have to wait 2 more weeks.
I am gettin prepared.. I am going to change the axle on the trailer. I am going to have a lift
put on my truck, so the trailer will need more heigth.

My kid is going through the closing deal out here. The realators, are about one step below laywers to me. They are the reason for our housing problem the first time, and now are at it again. Listed price on the house they were buying was 222K, now up to 230 and the appraiser listed it at 220. It has happend twice to them. Good luck on it being what they tell, you. Out here it never happens like they say it will. He is talking about moving to Utah, I really wish he would as I would sell this sucker an be out a California in a heart beat.

Funny you mention that..Bob, they tried to do the same thing to us..I brought my own comps that I pulled off the Redfin.com (Plug)
and the listing agent said " oh them are no good". I was like kiss my *** loady they are the size house and average lots.
Amazing how the Apprasial people are suppose to be in our corner..but they are turncoats. If dawn could get a transfer I would love
to get the hell out of the Republic of Maryland..Her comps were larger homes( some double the SQF) and I was like hell no you are ot screwing us.
I told her I wanted another appraisal on the property and I would choose and pay for it again, that stopped her in her little game real quick.
    e
Since we were still fighting over the inspection repairs and the low ball repair offers that they were receiving, I told them that listen you pricks.
We offered this fir the house, and this is what I am paying and if that not good enough I wil walk away form the deal, and loose my 4 grand.
That got their attention.. Never heard anthing else from them. I was pissed..but these people are crooked and we were not overpaying for any
home.. Hope your kid isnt dealing with long and fukkster..

Put the turtle in the garage. Removed the water tank. I need to gain a little more clearance. I may get a box and put it on the tongue of the trailer.
I had not been sucessful with the terrible wiring job, so I am wiring it the correct way. Using a good heavy gauge wire . I am going to upgrade all
the lighting to led, in order to reduce the amount of power needed. I am going green.. SOLAR setup. with a battery backup..

Take a look at the Morningstar digital 15. A little more money, but really is the state of the art. I have them in 75 solar microwave towers. Never a failure in over 12 years, other than a tech shorting one out. Home depot has solid 100 watt on line for 199.95 still I think. I make a drop cord so attach to the solar panel, and a Marinco house inlet so I can have the panel in the sun and the trailer in the shade. Just thoughts buddy.

Let me know, I can get a discount through the company I work for, but do not know if it will make up for the shipping. They are not terribly expensive, I think around 130.00 bucks. They tell you the voltage of the battery, the condition of the battery, the solar charge coming in from the panel and the draw the electrical is under, plus it has a shut off. Automaticly shuts off at 11.9. Unfortunately they do not restart, but allow charging while off. I ran some Outback units, but for the money these things are top notch.
