So I have had my Tentrax for a few months and used it on several trips, overall I really like it but it does have some flaws. The biggest complaint I have is having to remove everything from the front rack to fold open the tent. I have tried several different ways to fix this issue and have decided to rebuild the tongue and add a few goodies.
I will have the front of the frame cut and welded 20 inches, in doing so I can fit the small rack and the ARB fridge and still have a front rack. Here are some teaser pics.
