That looks like an Edelbrock Performer series manifold? I put one on the 305 in my '85 C-10, really opened it up on the highway, with its original carter / Q-Jet.
Wish I'd put a 4-speed in that truck a couple hundred thousand miles ago, would have saved a lot of gas money.
