Default show me your organized Truck bed tool box (chest or over rail types)

Show me how you organized inside your truck bed box. I would like to get a chest style box. I have had them before and while very handy Mine have always been full of clutter and a mess for the most part. This time around I would like to organize it and make things easier to get to/find. Have any of you build any kind of dividers? Or maybe used other storage solutions such as rubbermaid boxes/totes? I know some of you are very clever and probably have some unique solutions/ideas.

Canvas bags wherever possible. Cheap. Durable. Group like items. And they're scrunchable so as to make it all fit nice and tight.

Milk crates are your friend when it comes to truck toolboxes. Free, easily reconfigured, good visibility, and you can group things together in them. Have one for recovery stuff, one for tool bags, one for fluids...

I put all my tools and recovery gear into Husky soft tool boxes. I picked up at home depot. They are built solidly, zipper closed, have tool pockets on the outside for quick to grab items like D-rings and they are cheap. I picked up a set of two for $8. So I have four total with spare parts, tools, recovery gear, etc.

Great ideas people keep them comeing. I love/hate when I over look a simple idea and over complicate things (one of my tendancies) Milk crates and canvas bags Sound like great solutions.
