    Yep, definitely inspired by Nyathi . . . but with Road Armor! An Omar 4X staple!

    I like it! But I would only ever build something that massive if I was planning on just about circumnavigating the globe. Not that I wouldn't LOVE to do that...

    thanks scott.
    supposedly it would be $12-15000 to build it (usa6x6) but i think i'd have to go with 6 wheel steering for manouverability on the trails i go on....

    my estimate is more like $50000 for what i want :-)))))
    maybe on the next rig.

    Did you cut that roof off a VW??? That's the same basic thing I've been thinkin for a Jeep Camper for the TJ:

    Yup Carl,

    A neighbor / buddy owns a VW junkyard. I found it sitting on top of a bus (not attached)

    It was an made by an company in the USA that competed with Westfellia. Notice that the top goes up horizontally as opposed to at an angle.

    It is in REALLY good condition other than the dirt, lichen, & moss on it. Say hello to mr. pressure washer!
